Alice Kaltman, L.C.S.W. has been a psychotherapist since 1988. She worked at Fair Oaks Hospital, The Miller Institute for the Performing Arts, and the Brooklyn Heights Center for Counseling before focusing exclusively on her private practice. Alice specializes in individual therapy, parent coaching, child therapy, and group work with mothers and women in mid-life. Sara Zaslow, L.C.S.W., C.G.E. received her master’s degree from Smith College in 1989. Since then, she has worked at clinics and hospitals, and in her private psychotherapy practice, focusing on individual and couples therapy, the treatment of eating disorders, and parenting. Her interest in working with parents led her to the Relationship Research Institute, where she studied Dr. John Gottman’s research on how couples transition to parenthood. There she trained to lead workshops that prepare couples for the enormous and transformative life changes that come with bringing home their first baby. Sara’s work draws from her professional knowledge and her own experience as a mother of two.
